The Lotto Black Book is an eBook produced and marketed by Larry Blair – who has won the lottery five times.

This alone is an amazing fact.

I approached the info page on LottoBlackBook’s site with a good dose of skepticism, because common knowledge says that there is no way to predict a random game such as the lottery, nor to create a system that allows to win.

The site does not mention the lottery winning system at the beginning, devoting the first third of the page to a crime episode that involved the author of the book.

Only later it does tell the story of how Larry Blair spent years of his life studying a system to win the lottery. And I have been surprised reading that the author himself does not claim it is a 100% working system: I would have skipped the review if such a promise was made, as there is simply no way that someone can predict a random event with 100% accuracy.

Blair is a former math professor, and provides plenty of evidence of his success with pictures of the oversized lottery checks he cashed.

The Lotto Black book system relies on statistics and clearly states that it will help selecting a winning combination because some numbers seems to be drawn more often than others. And the system itself is based on evaluating the number’s patterns and how do they repeat time after time.

The Lotto Black Book has a money back warranty, and this alone would make the purchase a safe one. But since the claim is so bold (who wouldn’t want to win the lottery just once?) Larry Blair gives a “double your money back” warranty.

That is, if you are unhappy with the purchase of the Lotto Black Book, your money will be refunded. And in addition to the refund, another $100 will be credited back to you.

This surely exudes confidence, as the entire Lotto Black Book enterprise would have gone bankrupt if people were unhappy and requested a refund. Instead, sale statistics show that it is a very popular eBook.

Without the confidence boosting pictures, testimonials and a strong money back warranty, I would have rated this product as risky.

There are very few CPS (Classroom Performance System) grant outlines available on the net, but this is the only automatic grant-writing software available. This already looks promising.

The software application is wizard based: it requires no knowledge of the grant writing process, and guides in the process of developing a business plan, acquiring qualification and proceed with grant application.

TACFIT Challenge, what is this?

TACFIT is Israeli Special Forces’ challenge, something that powers the Israeli counter terrorist academy and involves both physical training as well as split second action skills. This product, TACFIT Commando, teaches the real tactics as well as the secret recovery techniques of the commandos known as tactical fitness.

You basically get to work out, build muscle and learn survival skills that are not taught in gyms and books – only on the field. You know, moving like a leopard, glancing the prey and evaluating every split second what’s coming next -ready to take action.

To call this a guide would be a mistake, you get a workbook, of course, but there are 18 videos divided in two different sets, teaching both the recovery program to each and every muscle builidng exercise.

Some exercises are over the top, but given the overall structure of the course I think the goal is realistic. Now, just to be clear, you will have to work out a lot. But the training material is well laid out, and explains everything in clear to follow steps.

An added bonus is the mission calendar. Not a fighting mission, but your mission towards tactical fitness. The calendar is an handy guide, meant to make the entire training simple to follow. I can’t say it’s not overwhelming, it is, but given a steady pace it can be done.

Another added bonus is that an iPod compatible version of the videos is included. So the training videos can be downloaded to portable devices and used during actual workout.

All in all this training looks well planned and the two editions -basic and deluxe- make it an affordable choice. Our standard evaluation practice accounts for the product’s popularity and its refund rate, and according to these parameters, TACFIT Commando is not a scam.
